I Already Have One, Thanks!
I’ve just received the fourth copy of a menu to a restaurant in my neighborhood. This prompted me to post all of the menus that have been piling up in my kitchen drawer all over my door so they’d know, “I’ve got one, thanks!”
But really, no thanks—why is it that in today’s technological world we live in we can’t just simply be less wasteful?
It doesn’t take much, really. Let’s say for instance restaurants were to go to all of the buildings and business’ in their neighborhood and instead of putting tons of fliers under everyone’s door, simply go to the building management and have the building send updates via email to the tenants? Or a general listing in the lobby with new restaurants in the neighborhood? Perhaps an iPhone app that scans in new restaurants via QR Code?
Do you have any other ideas?
