Film Description
How do women view themselves as they get older? How does their society view them? This compilation film uses provocative excerpts from four videos to explore the self-images of women as they age. From a group of friends who share their experiences of normal aging in America, to a woman who has contracted Bell’s Palsy, leaving one half of her face paralyzed, to nursing home beauty pageant contestants, to an 85-year-old dancer, social butterfly, model, and humanitarian, the video allows women to speak for themselves as they define and redefine themselves through the transitions of aging.
