Film Description

When 23-year-old UC Riverside student Denton Bulaclac heard that his friend Laurel Carlsen had been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, he took matters into his own hands to find answers. Struggling in Alaska to pay for her treatment, things seemed very desperate for Laurel. Weeks later, Denton teamed up with his colleague and fellow film producer Steve Nguyen to help out with the cause. Taking a seemingly tragic situation and turning it into a creative expression, these two film producers will embark on a journey in order to support the cancer community and get Laurel the help that she needs.
