Film Description
Artfully Unforgotten presents Voices of Afghanistan, a video short shot by Artfully Unforgotten’s Founder and Executive Director Heather Metcalfe during her trip to Afghanistan in June 2009. These stories glimpse into the lives of four of the Afghan women Heather had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing while there. Rangila, Dr. Nadjia, Alima and Ferishta each talk about their experiences as Afghan women, living through war and oppression, finding independence, contributing to the rebuilding of their country and more.
