Film Description
American photographer William Klein’s first film traverses Manhattan at night; it’s focused shots on bright lights and neon advertising has earned Broadway By Light the title of the first ever “Popâ€? movie. Klein went on to make a ten-year documentary starting in 1964 that followed the career of Muhammed Ali, as well as other experimental films, including ‘Qui-Etes Vous Polly Magoo,’ that satirized Vogue Magazine for whom he worked for years as a fashion photographer.
