Film Description
Traditionally, retirement has been a time of leisure and relaxation a time to slow down and enjoy the things that often get postponed in a busy lifetime. For most of us, these will be the good years, the "golden years." For some, however, they will be years of abuse, neglect and exploitation. Some say that of the 29 million Americans over age 65, as many as one million will become victims of a form of domestic violence that for years has been hidden, denied and, until recently, didn't even have a name.
