Film Description
This documentary examines the extreme violence of Medellin. Residents of the local neighborhoods, the primary victims of the violence and the lack of state intervention, form a social cleansing organization called "popular militias." Today they have thousands of armed members that have filled the state's vacuum, and with great popular support they execute thieves, rapists, prostitutes, homosexuals and local drug dealers.
