Film Description
Travis is a powerful one-hour documentary
about the complex life of a child born with the
HIV virus, which became full-blown AIDS. The
last film produced and directed by Richard
Kotuk. Travis spans three years documenting
this boy's remarkable and still-evolving story.
Poignant and at times painfully honest, this is
a portrait of an extraordinary boy's struggle to
survive a terminal illness with the unwavering
love of his grandmother and the steadfast
devotion of a dedicated staff of caregivers.
