Distribution on the MediaRights Web site
The three types of distributors in our film entry form are: Broadcast distributor, Educational distributor and General distributor. Broadcast distributors are TV or Cable stations that distribute videos of their airing programs. Educational distributors distribute Educational Media. General distribution includes everyone who does not fall under the previous two definitions. When viewing a film listing, there is a link to the name of the distributor that lists all of the films by that distributor in our database, there is also a link that says [Web] that takes you to that distributor's Web site where you can purchase the video or film you found on our site.
