NVR Symbol
Indicates a film recommended by National Video Resources (NVR). NVR curates collections of independent films that they recommend and package for public libraries and nonprofits. See Viewing Race, a partner of MediaRights and a project of NVR, for a collection of the best of independent films and other resources on the subject of race and diversity. Through their outreach they are building a broad community of filmmakers, librarians, programmers, activists, teachers and administrators interested in using independent video to affect social change.
