Seeking Interns for busy film distribution company

Learn the workings of independent film distribution at Women Make Movies -- working with filmmakers, promoting films, taking orders, and getting the final product to customers! As a WMM intern, you'll work closely with our staff on a variety of projects. We have immediate internships available in the following areas:

Marketing -- Assist with promotions and community outreach programs.
Publicity -- Help create materials for media reviewers and festivals.
Graphic Production -- Help us develop print and web site promotions.
Filmmaker Services -- Assist in developing resources for filmmakers.
Media Workshop -- Help organize and run our Media Workshop Series.
Distribution -- Help us manage our archives and ship films to customers.
Administrative -- Learn the operations side of the distribution business.

We're looking for students with good communication, organizational and computer skills who can commit to working a minimum of 15 hours per week. As one of our interns you'll be treated like a VIP! You'll receive invites to screenings and receptions, a weekly travel stipend and free screenings of our huge collection of films and videos.
