Call for Entries: MARS (Mid-Atlantic Regional Showcase

MARS (Mid-Atlantic Regional Showcase) a new monthly showcase of the Mid-Atlantic Region's best filmmaking

Presented by AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, The DC Independent Film Festival & Montgomery College-Film

Beginning on Tuesday, November 4 8pm, this monthly showcase will take place on the first Tuesday of every month.

Works are being sought by filmmakers from the Mid-Atlantic Region, which includes Maryland, the District, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and North Carolina. Entries for screening may be submitted in 35mm, 16mm, DigiBeta, HDCam, DVCPro, or DVCam.

To submit: Filmmakers must submit a cover letter that includes their name(s), title, brief synopsis, contact information, total running time, a VHS or DVD screener, and a check for payable to DC Independent Film Festival to: MARS c/o DCIFF, 2950 Van Ness Street, NW, Washington, DC 20008, Phone: (202) 537 9493; www.dciff.org.
