AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN IN CINEMA CALL FOR ENTRIES

African American Women In Cinema Annual Film Festival 2004 is seeking features, documentaries, shorts and animation by minority women who are of African, Latino or Asian Diaspora.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Film Submissions
Films must be submitted for preview in NTSC/VHS format (NO PAL formats accepted) non-English films must have English subtitles.

Do not send originals or SASE, as materials cannot be returned. You may enter more than one work. Fill in and send a separate entry and release form for each entry.

Your submission must include, publicity stills along with bio and synopsis of film. All stills must indicate the name of film.

Deadline is January 12, 2004 (must be received by the deadline or post marked).

The 2004 selectees will be considered for the AAWIC Audience Awards

Screenplay Submissions
African American Women in Cinema Annual Film Festival 2004 is very pleased to announce its "Screenplay Competition" which is back by popular demand. This program has been designed to select (6)six top screenplays by minority women who are of the African, Latino or Asian Diaspora.

Seeking feature length screenplays in industry standard format. 2004 script entries will be reviewed by industry professionals.

Do not send originals or SASE, as materials cannot be returned. You may enter more than one work. Fill in and send a separate entry and release form for each entry.

Your submission must include, author bio and synopsis or logline (25 words or less describing the screenplay)

Deadline is January 12, 2004 (must be received by the deadline or post marked).
