Seeking sound person and an editor for documentary

I am seeking a sound person and an editor for an hour long documentary on the foster care / adoption system. I worked in the system for eight years and have developed relationships with many families who have given me permission to film them and the foster children. We will also be filming foster parent support meetings, among many other events. I will be showing the positive side of the people who care for these children, the side that does not appear in the news, along with highlighting significant problems within the system.
I will be applying for grants, but at this time will need to work on deferred payments. Please contact me if you are interested in further information.
