Working on book/film about American activists
I'm a published author and activist trying to write a book and produce an accompanying documentary called "There Are No Ordinary Americans," telling the stories of 40-50 people from all walks of life (no one famous) who have done something extraordinary in fighting against the actions of the Bush Administration. Two goals: demonstrate that there really are no "ordinary" Americans, and to inspire those who think they can't make a difference.
What I need are stories. I want the stories of the people we're not hearing about. I love Janeane and Al and Robert Scheer and the rest, but I want the untold heroes. If you've done something you never thought you would or could do to fight back against Bush and Iraq, or you know someone who has, please share the story with me.
Thanks. Peace.
