Youth Summit 2004: Identity Matrix
The New York Life/Schomburg Center Junior Scholars invite youth ages eleven to seventeen to join them for a multimedia exploration of historical and contemporary African-American identity and culture. Music, theater, dance, spoken word performances, video screenings, artwork, Web design, and the youth produced magazine The Schomburg Review will be showcased at the Youth Summit. The day will also feature guest speakers, multimedia workshops, and networking opportunities for youth. Young people will receive priority seating for this event. Registration required.
