SHEBA FILM FESTIVAL Sunday 8/15
BINA (Beta Israel of North America) presents five documentaries and features dealing with Ethiopian Jewish life today, bringing to the screen such characters as an undocumented domestic worker and a pair of Amharic-speaking Israeli stand-up comics, and such themes as the connections between reggae culture and Judaism.
WHEN: Sunday, 15 August, noon to 10 pm
