EJCC is seeking a documentary filmmaker
The EJCC is seeking a documentary filmmaker for a project entitled "Climate Justice: The Faces of Global Warming" — will be a 15-minute documentary about the human side of environmental injustice. Each protagonist, from the tribal elders of a melting Alaska, to the young asthma sufferers of a polluted Hunter's Point, will demonstrate through their deteriorating situations, the urgent need to regulate careless contamination. The ultimate message however is hopeful. The policy solutions that can help those most affected are also those that are best for the United States as a whole. An enlightened audience will feel inspired to make thoughtful choices about the way their daily lives affect the world they live in and how their activism can spur system change for the common good. The EJCC seeks a filmmaker to use its vast resources to accomplish this creative goal.
