AUSTIN CITY HALL "FACES OF AUSTIN" CALL FOR ENTRIES --"DEADLINE EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 6 -- The City of Austin is launching a new program with the opening of the new"Austin City Hall." "FACES OF AUSTIN" Multimedia Program will use four 52" video monitors in the new"Austin City Hall lobby and plaza to showcase aspects of Austin and our"central Texas film, video and media artists.""Artists"can submit up to three works that are 1-15 minutes in"length."
