FIERCE! Director Search!
FIERCE! is one of the few community organizing projects for Transgender, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Queer and Questioning youth of color in New York City. Through a mix of leadership development, cultural activism, political education, and community organizing, FIERCE!challenges criminal justice, housing, employment and education systems.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. The position is full-time with benefits; the salary range is $37-$42K annually. The Director is responsible for organizational development, fundraising and development, community relations, and managing the daily operations of the organization.
