Race is the Place, partially funded by Latino Public Broadcasting, is a high-energy, edgy documentary featuring a bold lyrical, poetical, musical montage of words and images.
When & Where: At the San Diego Latino Film Festival on March 17 at 8:00 pm and on March 18 at 10:00 am.
Produced and Directed by Rick Tejada-Flores and Ray Telles, Race is the Place is a performance documentary on America's most explosive social issue. Poets, actors, comedians, and performance artists of different backgrounds explore racism in its endless permutations.
