The Independent Film Theater in NY
Starting November 2005 the Black & Latinos Filmmakers Coalition will launch the Independent Film Theater at BRIC Studios located Downtown Brooklyn, NY. The Independent Film Theater is designed to bring quality films beyond the traditional movie multiplex. Eighty-five percent of films that will be shown are directed and produced by those of the African Diaspora.
