Youth Pride Chorus Concert

The concert is taking place on Thursday, Dec 8th, at 7:30 pm, at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center at 208 West 13th Street (between 7th and 8th Ave), New York.

The YouthPrideChorus is a program of the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center. YouthPrideChorus is open to lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender youth and their allies, ages 13-21.

The concert will also feature a special guest performance by the Robert Brewster Chorale. Today, the Robert Brewster Chorale is an acclaimed and accomplished group of singers who inspire audiences with a unique sound new to modern ears, classical in tone and contemporary in spirit. It was formed to use the remarkable medicinal power of music to inspire, motivate and educate a global audience about HIV/AIDS.

The tickets for General Admission are $10 and those tickets can be purchased by visiting www.gaycenter.org or calling The Center at 212-620-7310. However the concert is free for youth (21 and younger) and if you would like to bring a group of youth from your organization please RSVP by Friday Dec 2nd at 5pm. You can RSVP by calling Anisha at The Center at 212-620-7310 or emailing anisha@gaycenter.org with the name of your organization and the number of youth attending.
