"Why Dance?" wins "Telly Award"!

Why Dance? is now an "Award Winning" documentary winning a "Silver Telly Award". The Telly is in the "Education Non-Broadcast" Category.

The Winners and Finalists of the 27th Annual Telly Awards have been announced. With a record 12,500 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries, this year's Telly Awards has been the most successful and competitive in the over a quarter-century long history of the Telly. Only 7-10% of the total entries win the Silver Award while approximately 18-25% take home the Bronze Award.

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. Winners and Finalists represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world. With a 27 year history of recognizing creative excellence, the Telly Awards is a widely known and highly respected international competition.

This year's Winners include companies, agencies and organizations of all sizes, from large multinational media companies to small ad agencies and local production houses.
