YC Programming Coordinator Position, MNN Youth Channel

Duties will include:
1) Outreach
2) Programming
3) Other Duties:
� Manage Interns, editors, and youth.
� Manage NYMAP (National Youth Media Access Project)
� Maintain database of program providers and potential program providers
� Maintain the media component of ymdi.org's online media database.
� Maintain database and statistics on YC programming.

Qualifications:
� Ability to work with basic office and database software.
� Non-linear editing experience.
� Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
� Strong Ability to work with youth and adults.
� Strong administrative/organizing skills.
� Commitment to Youth Media.
� Requires thorough knowledge of, and experience with the current high school and College aged market.
� Excellent communication skills

Working hours:
This is a full time position with full benefit package.
