Survey for Managers and Instructors of Management
I am conducting two surveys on theories and models of practice used by nonprofit and/or social work managers. The purpose of the surveys is to determine what theories or management models are commonly used by managers or are taught in courses in nonprofit or public management. The survey for managers also includes some demographic questions as well as questions about whether organizations use management strategies associated with emerging theories and innovations in management approaches. The survey for faculty members or instructors contains questions about skills taught in management courses. I hope to use this information to make recommendations for curriculum development in nonprofit and public management courses.
Either survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be confidential. Please complete the survey within 2-3 weeks.
If you are a manager or a supervisor in a nonprofit or public organization please complete the manager's survey. The manager's survey can be found on the following link:

If you are a faculty member or a full-time or part-time instructor and teach nonprofit or public management courses, please complete the instructor's survey. The faculty member/instructor's survey can be found at:
surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=518302330301
You may request an electronic summary of the results at any time following the completion of this survey. Results for the manager's survey will be available at Survey Monkey: surveymonkey.com/Report.asp?U=231528485580. Results for the instructor's survey are at: surveymonkey.com/DisplaySummary.asp?SID=2330301&Rnd=0.6857225.
