South by Southwest Film Conference & Festival Now Accepting Entries
Ever wonder where eager film audiences and the talented film industry come together in a relaxed atmosphere? Well, it happens every year at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Conference & Festival. Entering its 14th edition, SXSW Film will continue to build on its reputation as a place where new filmmakers are discovered, veteran filmmakers are celebrated, and audiences can unite to experience it. The 2007 festival happens March 9-17, throughout Austin, TX. SXSW is happy to announce its call for entries for the 2007 Film Festival. Submissions can be entered via the official Web site: www.sxsw.com/film. Works can include Narrative and Documentary Features, Shorts, Animation, Music Videos, and Experimental pieces. The early submission deadline is November 17, 2006 and the late submission deadline is December 8, 2006.
