Jan. 27: Resist the war! March on Washington or Watch The Ground Truth in NYC

Screening Liberally, IAVA, and Focus Features is supporting the war resistance march on Capitol Hill with a very special New York screening of THE GROUND TRUTH.

Katwalk Lounge (2 West 35th street between 5th and 6th avenues), NY.

Admission: The suggested donation is $10 per person and ALL 100% of the proceeds go to the IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN VETERANS OF AMERICA (IAVA). You can donate on our website or pay at the door.

The film and the drink specials will begin at 7:00pm so arrive early to get a good spot and a good drink. We will also be having a Q & A after the screening with members of the IAVA.

January 27th is the day United for Peace and Justice , MoveOn.org, True Majority, Working Assets, the RainbowPUSH Coalition, the National Organization for Women and hundreds of other national and local groups, are helping to mobilize people all over the country to march in Washington DC and protest the war, the deployment of more troops and to call for a complete withdrawal of US soldiers from Iraq.
