Interrupcion* was founded as a social, political, economic, cultural movement in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2000, New York in 2003, on the principle belief that by changing the ways in which individuals and organizations view their roles in society, and relate to one another, we can create a new world. We’re creating socially responsible processes, composed of sustainable win-win economic, social, political, and cultural commitments, evolving and growing over the last 7 years.

Agent*: n, autonomous individual member of interrupcion*, working while creating positive social change. A social entrepreneur, regional representative of the Responsible Consumption Campaign*
The Responsible Consumption Campaign*
*Promotes: interrupcion* fair trade products to consumers and responsible consumption as a way to positively change the world
*Educates: Consumers and partners about responsible consumption and Fair Trade processes
*Invests: In Win-Win, mutually beneficial relationships with our valued commercial partners, member individuals*, organizations*, and the global community at-large.
Working in the region where you live, becoming a regional representative of interrupcion*, a food broker of interrupcion* fair trade products, a community educator about socially responsible processes, an RCC tasting and education session coordinator.
•You’ll start in retail locations in your community, building relationships and engaging with consumers, learning about the products and the processes behind them. Each RCC* session lasts for 3 hours (+ a few minutes of set-up / break-down time)
*You’ll be trained as an interrupcion* Agent* and then start to manage and coordinate your region, increasing opportunities for income and working with interrupcion* as we grow product offerings by working with new, small and medium size, socially responsible producers in Argentina and Latin America.
REQUIREMENTS
• Usually need a Car
• Must be highly outgoing and willing to interact with the public
*Must want to work doing something meaningful and profitable.
