Deadline at The McGovern Center Film Series
This Black History Month, Arts Engine's Angela Tucker was invited to be a presenter at the 2006-2007 McGovern Film Series.
Angela was the producer on the film Deadline, a documentary that follows former Governor George Ryan of Illinois who must decide whether or not to commute the sentences of over 160 death row inmates after 13 condemened men in his state are found innocent.
Join us on on Feb. 22 @ 7 p.m. for a special screening followed by panel discussion about the death penalty.
