Cinematheque Ontario's Spring Season on Now
Cinematheque Ontario’s Spring season launched March 23rd, and it features the very best in classic and contemporary cinema. This season we bring you films from Ken Loach and Nuri Bilge Ceylan, a Carte Blanche by Festival Centre Director Jim Hamilton, documentaries by Louis Malle, exclusive Limited Runs and much more.
Start off your Cinematheque Spring screenings with something from our Jim Hamilton Carte Blanche series, featuring a diverse array of classic films and modern masterpieces. Catch Bill Forsyth’s Local Hero (Thursday, March 29, 8:45 PM), and Gaspar Noé's Seul Contre Tous (Friday, March 30, 8:45 PM).
Also this season, Wind of Change: The Cinema of Ken Loach, a selection of the acclaimed filmmaker’s greatest works. Don’t miss Kes (Friday, March 30, 6:30 PM); Poor Cow (Saturday, March 31, 6:30 PM); Family Life (Thursday, April 5, 6:30 PM), and many more.
