Immigration videos from Breakthrough-use on your tv channels, classrooms, share with others!

Breakthrough’s campaign on immigration uses animations, short viral video stories and an upcoming video game to expose the effects of the 1996 immigration laws. These laws are taking away human rights from long-time U.S. residents who are in the U.S legally. They are being detained and deported without access to due process and/or a fair day in court.

Our original media has been widely popular on such sites as Youtube and MySpace, however, we are very eager to put our media in front of a wider audience as we feel this is a very under-reported issue.

In addition, Breakthrough and Detention Watch Network have just produced a much-needed interactive downloadable immigrant rights toolkit about the 1996 immigration laws, that was sent to over 1000 organizations which includes:

*Nine video stories from those who are directly affected by 1996 laws, two animations and one music video.

*A discussion guide, which includes sample interactive activities, our demands for change, talking points and additional resources.

Download the PDF of the toolkit.
