Call For Entries: Independent Film Festival of Boston

The Independent Film Festival of Boston (April 23-29) celebrates its sixth year at the Boston area's most historic art-house cinemas: the Somerville Theatre, the Brattle Theatre and the Coolidge Corner Theatre.

The festival is seeking narrative features, documentary features, short films, animation, experimental films, horror & sci-fi, and New England-themed films. A minimum of 9 awards will be presented with an estimated value of $20,000.

Early deadline - Sept.30
Regular deadline - Dec.31
Late Deadline is Jan.31.


125 screenings will be held along with nightly parties and weekend panel discussions. Accepted feature filmmakers will be provided with transportation from sponsored airline cities, and all accepted filmmakers will be provided with luxury hotel accommodations and all-access passes and will enjoy our filmmaker lounge stocked with gourmet food, beverages, games, internet access, press interview areas, and massage therapists.
