Q&A with director Andrew Rossi plus special guests
New York City's Le Cirque, with Sirio Maccioni (the inventor of Pasta Primavera) at the helm, was for decades synonymous with fine dining and celebrity watching in the Big Apple. As his sons prepare to assume leadership of a revamped Le Cirque, the two generations battle over with the relative merits of catering to celebrities, spotlighting a cutting-edge chef, and always including prosciutto with melon on the menu. An extraordinary exploration of a family business caught in the world's spotlight.
