Join the filmmaker for a panel discussion and screening of civil rights feature Brick by Brick: A Civil Rights Story

Brick by Brick: A Civil Rights Story is a one-hour film about a contemporary American battle for civil rights. It's the story of how three families in Yonkers, New York are impacted by a federal court case brought to challenge racial discrimination in their housing and schools. The film chronicles the history of segregation in one city and the and the interplay of social realities, politics, and the law when a community is confronted with an order to desegregate its housing.

Diane Houk, Executive Director of Fair Housing Justice Center
Michael Sussman, attorney for NAACP, US v. Yonkers

The filmmaker, Bill Kavanagh, will be available for questions as well.
