Nov. 6: ELECTION DAY Screening at Stranger Than Fiction, New York, NY
Perhaps you know that Tuesday, November 6, 2007 is Election Day.
However, it is also coincidentally the one day this month when you can view the documentary ELECTION DAY in an NYC theater. A special screening event will be held at IFC Center on November 6th as part of the acclaimed Stranger Than Fiction series curated by Thom Powers.

An experiment in cinema verité filmmaking, Election Day was shot in a single day—November 2, 2004—by over a dozen camera crews around the United States. The stars of this documentary are a lively and eclectic group of citizens from the Florida panhandle to the South Dakota plains—making the most of their right to vote.
