Call for Entries: American Conservation Film Festival, Shepherdstown, WV

The American Conservation Film Festival presents entertaining films with a wide range of issues that often focus on the relationships between people and the environment.

The three-day event held in Shepherdstown, WV, in cooperation with the National Conservation Training Center and the US Fish and Wildlife Service, presents local and national feature length and short films for audiences of all ages, and includes thought-provoking dialogue, a meet-the-filmmaker receptions, children’s films, a student filmmaker forum and competition, and information sessions from a variety of environmental groups.

Festival 2008 will be held November 6th through the 9th with a film submission deadline of July 11th, 2008. For more information about the festival, the student film competition, and how to submit films, visit our website at www.conservationfilm.org, or call 304-876-7373.
