August 13: HIDDEN BATTLES world premieres at Rhode Island International Film Festival

Join us for the world premiere of “Hidden Battles,” at the Rhode Island International Film Festival. Singled out by the festival for a special free screening, “Hidden Battles” is a feature-length documentary which examines the psychological impact of killing on soldiers.
Representing a cross-section of nationalities, gender, class and race, five soldiers reveal intimate memories about the central act of combat— killing another human being. Consciously apolitical but deeply psychological, Hidden Battles examines the strength and struggles of men and women who have killed and how they create a life for themselves afterwards.
Hidden Battles screens on Friday August 13th at 1pm at the Providence Public Library (150 Empire Street) as part of the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
Admission is free.  Q & A with key cast and crew to follow.
