February 3rd: DCTV Presents, in collaboration with DocuClub: BAD BLOOD
DCTV Presents, in collaboration with DocuClub, is excited to be joining forces to screen the fine cut of Bad Blood, a project fiscally sponsored by Arts Engine and once workshopped as a rough cut with DocuClub.
Through the eyes of survivors and family members, Bad Blood chronicles how a “miracle” treatment for hemophilia became an agent of death for 10,000 Americans. Challenging viewers to their own vigilance, this feature documentary humanizes this under-reported medical disaster, stimulating further and much-needed public debate about the government’s role and effectiveness in regulating the pharmaceutical industry today.
$8 / DCTV & DocuClub Members
$10 / Shooting People, IFP, NYWIFT Members
$12 / General
