The 8th Annual Games for Change Festival, June 20-22, 2011
The 8th Annual Games for Change Festival will take place for the first time at NYU’s Skirball Center June 20 – 22.
Games for Change is the leading global advocate for supporting and making games for social impact. The Festival is the destination to play the best social impact games of the past year, discover what new games are in development and it’s an opportunity to meet and network with leaders in the fields of games for social impact and games for learning.
In attendance are decision-makers from government and NGOs developing portfolios of social impact games, innovative world renowned game designers, developers and publishers, visionary thought leaders who are spearheading game projects as a means to reach wider audiences around education and global development, media and corporate executives looking to utilize games as a part of CSR, portfolio managers and program officers from foundations and academics championing the use of games to advance 21st century learning skills.
