What: The Ground Truth: After the Killing Ends is an inside look at the issues soldiers have to deal with while at war and when they return. The intimate interviews allow us to listen to what the veterans have to say about the war and the affects of war. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), missing limbs and the the struggle to reintegrate back into society are only some of the consequences of war this film touches on.
