Flicks
Each year the Flicks International Film Festival for Young People (Flicks), presents a three-day festival in the Broadway district of Saskatoon, complete with excellent films from across Canada and around the world. Along with the screenings, we also offer great workshops for children and youth exploring various aspects of filmmaking and new for 2007, the inaugural Flicks Film Forum.

FYTA Film Festival
Inspired by the need to fight against young minds being numbed by stereotypes, conventions and trashy entertainment, this festival aims to reignite the passion in young filmmakers. It aims to encourage them to speak their minds and join the movement realizing that while escapism is great, when it outweighs and white-washes all reason it becomes dangerous. FYTA Films also enables young filmmakers to tell their own stories. There are voices outside of Hollywood and FYTA is there to help uncover them amongst the true free spirits of society- the youth!

Kodak Film School Competition
Kodak invites submissions from around the world for its ninth annual Kodak Filmschool Competition. The competition is open to current students and recent graduates who earned their degree within the last 12 months. Submissions must be shot on film, be 30 minutes or less in duration, and entirely produced by a student crew.
